I am writing this letter to you to express my satisfaction with my recent purchase of two Vita-Mix® BarBoss® machines. I own a licensed American Spoon Foods store in Ann Arbor, Michigan and offer coffee and blended drinks to the public. I searched for machines that would enable us to offer a superior blended product to customers while making it simple for the crew to operate. I attended the Syscco Foodsrvice show and met Jim Milleville of the MVP Group as well as many other vendors who demonstrating other brands of drink machines. I was able to review many machines and was impressed with the Vita-Mix product line. Jim was most helpful in demonstrating all of the Vita-Mix machines to me and helping me select the machine that best fit my operation. My crew enjoys using the Vita-Mix machines because they are simple to use, are powerful enough to thoroughly crush all of the ice and mix the drink, include a timer to eliminate guessing completion time and are easy and fast to use in our application.
